Alexei Stukov is a former Vice Admiral of the United Earth Directorate Expeditionary Fleet. His in-game unit was a Ghost, and if you access Star Edit and place his unit, his unit merely has the same dialog as a standard Ghost. He was killed during the Brood War by Samir Duran[1], and later resurrected by Zerg Cerebrate Kaloth [2].
