Some one has somehow accured my Cd key and has locked me out of my game. I am trying to recieve a new cd key the correct the situation. Although i am not sure if it is my Diablo 2 key or the LOD key. Either way both keys are directly connected to my battle net account as proof of purchase. Please inform me with any other information you need in a timely maner. |

Where did you get the keys? I see they were registered to your Battle,net account at the same time recently but I see no orders ever placed for the games from our store. If you purchased the games from a retail store and they came with the keys you used, you'll have no trouble getting them exchanged once you provide the actual keys on their labels. If you purchased them from a site selling keys, please know that no one is authorized to sell cd-keys to our products separate from the retail packaging. Sites that do mainly sell illegally generated, stolen, invalid, disabled, or muted ones. They also often sell the same keys over and over to multiple people which sounds like what's happened to you. Unless you have an original Blizzard-made key on our label, there is no warranty for it. |
