Bad wait times at Asia 1

Blizzard,
How much longer do we have to wait for you to take care of waiting lines? If you try to create games at D2 Asia 1 game servers, I am sure that you will know how bad waiting lines are here. Especially in the evening of the week and all day long for the weekend, waiting lines reach 4000 or longer. I know that you do 6112 port related things every dawns to make the situation better. But they have a temporary effect on waliting lines untill noon. They does not make any difference afterwards. We do not want to move to another Asia server starting from the scratch. Please, do something.

Yabam001,
I've spoken to the network admins and they've taken steps to try and improve the service. Can you let me know if you see any difference over the next couple of days?

The network admins are planning on "tweaking" it again so let me know if the situation improves over the next couple of days. |

We've adjusted it again. Hopefully this will help. We really don't have the flexibility required to accommodate your requests completely but this latest adjustment should be close. |
