So, I'm sure you guys get this a lot, but I am wondering if there is any way at all to get back an expired character on my account.
I've done some reading and from what I understand, the server won't log me on because someone has taken that character's username?
I don't know if this is true, however, I have never had a problem logging into a character that was expired. So it would make sense, to me at least.'
IF this is the case. Then can I not just change the name on my character to something different?
I should also mention that I spammed logging onto that character and now I can't log in. I get an error message saying something about my modem.

Unfortunately, account info is not searchable via the email address it's registered to. We can only use the exact spelling of any characters on the account in question. Keep in mind though that we can't tell you the account it's on unless that account is registered to the email address you contact us from. |
