Shaival ,
The Warcraft III account (shaivalvora) was detected using a third-party program (hack) on Battle.net. I'm sorry but this account is now permanently closed.
Any third-party program that is designed to affect the way the user interacts with Battle.net is considered a hack program. This includes seemingly harmless third-party utilities that work with the game to provide functions that were not included by the game designers. While many of these utilities might not have been created to disrupt the balance of the game, they alter the original design of the program.
Until the account expires; you will receive a message that the account has been closed. Once the account expires, it will be possible for anyone to create a new account with the same name. We cannot delete or expire the account manually.
If you are receiving the error message, "Your CD-Key is disabled." when trying to join or create a realm game, this indicates the CD-Key installed has been temporarily or permanently restricted from playing on Battle.net. First time offenders are restricted from Battle.net play for one month and repeat offenders are restricted from realm play permanently. Users who are unsure if their CD-Key was temporarily or permanently restricted will have to wait one month from the time the CD-Key was restricted to determine the status. If the CD-Key is still disabled after a month the restriction will be permanent.
We regret having to employ such extreme measures; however, certain activities (as detailed in the Battle.net Terms of Use Agreement and/or End User License Agreement of the game) have impaired the game play experience of the community as a whole and a severe response continues to be warranted. We will continue to monitor Battle.net for players who choose not to behave in a manner that promotes a positive gaming experience for others.
I'll not be able to supply any additional information beyond what is indicated above. |

Waterknight,
"We" refers to Blizzard or more specifically our Hacks Team in this case as they're primarily the ones who determine which hack or third party programs qualify as inappropriate. Technical Support really has nothing to do with hack detection or enforcement of policies. |

Locko93 ,
The only time a key would get you IP restricted is if the key used was illegitimate, such as one created with a third party key generator. You would never get restricted for using a legit key even if the key had been disabled in the past, it simply wouldn't let you on in that case, but it would not restrict the IP. |
